  4. Cancellation. You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will revert to the Free plan.
  5. Refunds. Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in limited circumstances, such as billing errors or technical issues.
  6. Free Plan. The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan or its features at any time.
  7. Pricing Changes. We may update Subscription pricing from time to time. Any changes will apply to future billing cycles.
  8. Failure to Pay. If payment cannot be processed or your account becomes past due, we may suspend or terminate access to paid features.

10. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete or deactivate your account, data, alerts, automations, and any associated information, subject to applicable law.
